First hard session of the year

So, went out with Le Chad for a jolly, which turned out to be quite an effort. Be on the ATB, him on his road bike... His mission, should he choose to except it, was to not get dropped.

So, for 4 miles into a head wind, on an ATB, semi flat tyres, dragging rear brake and a Chad shaped shadow I nailed it. Finally I hear "I'm about done!" which obviously meant, "I want you to go faster" which I did! Finally he got dropped!!!!

But.... Top 10 in the FNSS is a serious possibility for him this year... So watch out!!!!
